Postage costs - UK
Postage is free on all UK orders over the value of £10 with the exception of Bikes, frames and wheels.
Bikes - Carriage charge  is £29.95
Wheels & Frames - Carriage is £6.50
The reason for carriage on bikes, frame and wheels is the high cost of the next day service they are sent on and the insurance due to their higher costs, please note these services are still subsidised, the cost of posting is greater than our charge to you.

Delivery services - UK
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and in most cases orders received by 2.30pm will go the same day. If we cannot dispatch your order within 48 hours we will contact your by telephone or email
All smaller & lighter items are posted via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery, this service provides a next day delivery success of around 90%, so whilst every effort is made to get your parcel to you the next day it cannot be guaranteed.
Larger and heavier items (over 1.5kg) will be posted by Parcel Force on their next day service, this has a success rate of over 90% so delivery should be the day after sending but this cannot be guaranteed.
Bikes, frames and wheels are posted by Parcel Force next day service, please allow the usual build time of around 5-8 days for wheels and 10-14 days for bikes.
Important
All of the goods we post require a signature on delivery so it may be best to have the goods delivered to an address where someone is in during the day (i.e. work). Whilst it may not be to inconvenient to collect a Royal Mail parcel from your local sorting office or post office, a Parcel Force depot may not be to local. Parcel Force will leave a card if you are not in and you can then contact the depot to arrange redelivery or collection. Unfortunately if you want to have the parcel then redirected to a different address they charge £8.50 for this service.

Euro Delivery
Shipping to most European countries is free over £100*, with the exception of wheels, frames and bikes (plus some other heavy bulky items). Shipping under £100 is from £5. For smaller items we use Royal Mail which will be past onto your local mail service. For larger items we use DPD or Parcel Force/GLS delivery should be 2-5 days.

*For  Norway, Malta, Switzerland, San Morino, Gilbraltor, Azores, Liechtenstein the post free rate is orders over £150

Worldwide delivery
If you live in USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway and Japan, please select your countries currency to display the VAT free prices you will pay. Providing you checkout as one of the VAT free countries you will not pay UK VAT, it is automatically deducted. Shipping costs from £10, please note due to the size and weight of certain products they may not be economical to ship.
